摘要： 乾隆十五（1750）年沈德潜编定《唐宋八家文读本》，这一选本亦传入东灜，曾得到日本幕府末期文豪赖山阳（1780—1832）的“增评”。赖氏评点与沈氏选评形成了丰富的对话面向，可以加深对汉文化圈文章学资源运用的了解。沈选的笃实学风与承载的清人反省明七子拟古之失的文坛路径，对赖氏思考本邦文坛脉动的走向形成触动。赖氏对于沈选受道学束缚之处往往多有廓清，快人心目，这与他倾心于文学上的“化腐出新”，加上其史学训练对“自实起意”的注重与偏好等，不无关系。

Abstract: Qing-Dynasty scholar Shen Deqian compiled A Critical Ｒeader of Eight Prose Masters from Tang-Song Dynasties in 1750, and with its reach into the Tokugawa-period Japan, Japanese scholar Rai Sanyo (1780-1832) added his own commentaries. The dialogue between Shen's selection and Rai's commentaries becomes an example of using Chinese cultural source on the study of ancient prose in East Asian community. Shen' selection presented a positivist way in scholarship and Qing-Dynasty scholars' reflection on Ming-Dynasty's Restoration of the Ancient Prose Movement, while Rai was prompted by Shen's selection to think about the literary development in his country. Rai addressed directly in his commentaries Shen's limitations from Neo-Confucianism in the selection, which might be traced to his own academic training in historical studies and his idea of literary renovation out of the cliché.
