摘要: 《判断力批判》中,一个典型的鉴赏判断可表述为“这朵花是美的”。主词“这朵花”与谓词“美的”通过系词“是”发生了关联。第三批判之鉴赏理论是康德将认识论之概念工具移至审美领域从而建构起来的,诠释者热衷于借助康德的认知理论探究其鉴赏理论。而借助第一批判之思想资源对鉴赏判断进行语义分析在第三批判的研究中是鲜有的,亦是十分必要的。其不仅触及了鉴赏理论的基础问题,还引出了一些新问题。

Abstract: A typical judgment of taste could be expressed as a subject-predicate structure in Critique of the Power of Judgment. The subject is connected with the predicate by a copula. In the third Critique, however, Kant grounds his theory of taste on the first Critique, from which his views and conceptual apparatus of epistemology have been transferred to a new aesthetic context, and interpreters are inclined to investigate Kant's theory of taste by virtue of his epistemology. It is common, if also necessary, to conduct in studies of the third Critique a semantic analysis of judgement of taste by referring to the first Critique, because such an approach not only relates to fundamental problems in Kant's theory of taste but also causes new questions.
