摘要： 以史为鉴、面向未来，新时代中国文艺理论话语的构建在马克思主义文艺理论中国化的进程中，至少形成了五个方面的理论内容：以人民为中心的人民文艺观，植根真实、塑造典型的文艺创作论，现实主义精神与浪漫主义情怀相结合的文艺传达论，历史的、人民的、艺术的、美学的文艺评论观，构建人类命运共同体的文艺理想论。

Abstract: History can be a mirror for the future. In the New Era, the construction of literary and art theory has developed in at least five aspects toward  the Sinicizattion of Marxist literary and art theory: 1) concept of peoplecentered literature and art, 2) theory of literary and artistic creation rooted in reality with model characters, 3) theory of literary and artistic communication combining realist spirit and romantic sentiments, 4) concept of literary and artistic criticism centered on history, people, art and aesthetics, and 5) theory of literary and artistic ideals featuring the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
